Have introduced the ITC135P and ITC137P range of integrated telecom circuits.
These devices are intended for use in telephones as hook switch components, but can function as ring or loop current detection devices.
These components are also fitted with three sener diodes to provide a measure of transient protection.
The devices have an 'on' resistance of 15 ohms and provide a blocking voltage of 350V and an isolation voltage of 3750Vrms.
